- Solicitation Number: W9124D-15-B-0004 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Synopsis: The MICC Knox intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for dry cleaning and laundry services. The period of performance is 1 April 2015, or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 31 March 2015, with 1 one-year option period. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. NAICS 812320 (Size Standard: $5.5M) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The IFB will be posted to the ASFI/FedBizOpps websites on or about 13 March 2015 with proposals due on or about 24 March 2015. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on these websites. Contractors are cautioned to check the websites periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.
