This is a notice of intent to award a sole source less than br greater than contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 811213 and the size standard is $11M. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. No solicitation package will be available. less than br greater than less than br greater than less than br greater than The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Fort Lee, VA intends to make a sole source award to K & R Custom Software, Inc. located at 453 McLaws Cir STE 2, Williamsburg, VA 23185 for TMS Software maintenance. less than br greater than less than br greater than The proposed contract action is for the to K & R Custom Software, Inc to maintenance to the Telephone Management System already in place for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) Soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1). For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
