- Request for Information (RFI) for Support Services This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise. This is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ). The purpose of this notice is to obtain any comments on an anticipated upcoming requirement. The period of performance for this contract will be three (3) years, which includes a twelve (12) month Base Period and two (2) - twelve (12) month Option Periods, if exercised. The Government does not intend to neither award a contract on the basis of responses received, nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this notice, the Government will be able to determine the appropriate avenue to solicit this requirement. There is no solicitation available at this time. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this notice or the Government's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE IN A SEPARATE ANNOUNCEMENT, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and amendments to any and all documents. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (System for Award Management (SAM)); lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Additionally, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications, offerors are also reminded to update/complete their Representations and Certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM). SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact (POC), with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business). Submission Instructions: All responses to this RFI must be submitted electronically via e-mail to Chant Fredrick, Contract Specialist at chante.m.fredrick.civ@mail.mil, in MS Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf). The email subject line must specify W15QKN-15-R-0088. Facsimile or direct mail responses will not be accepted. Electronically submitted responses are due no later than (NLT) 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on 23 March 2015.
