- Draft Statement of Work NRL-15-R-JH01 - Optometrist for the Naval Research Laboratory Services Division Contact Information Jeannine H. Beavers, e-mail jeannine.beavers@nrl.navy.mil, Important Dates RFI submissions are due no later than noon March 27, 2015. Special Notice This is neither a request for formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or quotes. Objective The Naval Research Laboratory Services Division is searching for potential sources that are capable of performing the requirements set forth in the attached draft statement of work. The intent of this RFI is to gauge industry interest, capabilities and relevant experience to support NRL personnel in the task areas listed in the attached draft statement of work. Locations Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Ave, SW Washington, DC All questions and concerns regarding this notification shall be directed in writing to the appropriate Government POCs. Submission of Information It is requested that the above information be provided no later than noon Mar 27, 2015. Responses may be submitted via e-mail to jeannine.beavers@nrl.navy.mil or in paper media through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or delivery services addressed as follows: Contracting Officer, ATTN: Jeannine Beavers, Code 3220 RFI No. NRL-15-R-JH01 Naval Research Laboratory\ 4555 Overlook Avenue, S.W. Washington, D.C. 20375 Note: Participation in response to this announcement is voluntary, and participants shall not be compensated. This is a market research event for the Government to understand existing capabilities. This event does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, NRL is not at this time seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this event. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this FedBizOps website for additional information pertaining to this potential acquisition.
