- Solicitation # 4AZ0218_Revised General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Phoenix The area of consideration is: North: Camelback Rd. East: 7th St. South: Railroad Tracks West: 7th Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA*): 20,513 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA*): 21,539 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The office space shall be contiguous, on no more than two (2) floors, and shall be accessible by elevator if offered space is above the first (ground) floor of the building. Preference will be given to spaces offering single-floor occupancy. The office space must be accessible to the government at all times. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of Interest are welcome only from land and building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. Responses omitting the items below will not be considered: •1. Address of land site, if applicable. •2. Building name and address, if applicable. •3. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact. •4. Name and contact information of the property ownership's legal entity. •5. Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the delineated area as specified in this ad. •6. Location of offered space in the building, and the date the space will be available. •7. Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and offered rental rate/RSF for a full-service lease. •8. Specify services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included in the offered rate/RSF. •9. Spell out incentives and inducements, if any.
