Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Replace Building 43 Floors The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project Replace Building 43 Floors at the Salisbury VA Medical Center, Salisbury, North Carolina. The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in replacement of floor in Building 43 on the Campus of the VA Medical Center, Salisbury NC. Work includes, but not limited to the demolition of approximately 5,540 SF of existing carpet floors while leaving existing wall base intact. Replace any existing wall base that may be damaged during the demolition of carpet. Patch, level, clean and prepare floor to receive new sheet vinyl floor. Install approximately 5,540 SF new sheet vinyl floor per drawings. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The period of performance is 90 days for the entire project. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
