Description

#W912ES-15-P-0041 Sole Source JA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Hypack, Inc., 56 Bradley St., Middletown, CT 06457, to provide Upgrade HYPACK Key #145681643 to a HYPACK MAX/HYSWEEP Multibeam Data Collection and Processing version, Software Maintenance Plan for the USACE-St. Paul District Channels & Harbors Project Office, in Fountain City, WI. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining future procurements. This notice closes at Friday, 20 March 2015 at 11:00 a.m., CDT.
