- PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT POSTER M.RODRIGUEZ-GIST FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING POC: Neeta Jonchhe, neeta.l.jonchhe.civ@mail.mil Sources of supply sought for US Army Tool Kits: TK-101A/G, TK-100/G, TK-17/G, TK-105A/G and TE-27A. This market survey is to identify potential sources of supply for the following US Army Tool Kits (for component lists contact Neeta Jonchhe, RDER-PRA-CA, neeta.l.jonchhe.civ@mail.mil): TK-101A/G, NSN 5180-00-064-5178, consists of hand tools to provide specialized maintenance capability for radio, radar and avionics equipment. TK-100/G, NSN 5180-00-605-0079, consists of special purpose and common hand tools used to perform ground maintenance on electronic equipment, including types utilizing printed wiring and printed circuitry. TK-17/G, NSN 5180-01-195-0855, consists of standard and metric tools required for maintenance of command electronic and ADP equipment. TK-105A/G, NSN 5180-01-460-9328, updates the traditional set of basic hand tools necessary to service a wide variety of radio, radar, avionics and other electronic equipment at all level maintenance, direct through depot. The set provides military maintenance personnel with a range of essential mission tools required for repair of current and future weapons systems, including high quality Standardization and Control of Industrial Tools (SCIT). TE-27A, NSN 5180-00-408-1858, consists of common tools used for maintenance of wire line construction. Interested sources of ANY of the above tool kits must submit the following information, NLT 31 Mar 2015, to Neeta Jonchhe, RDER-PRA-CA, neeta.l.jonchhe.civ@mail.mil: (1) Refer to market survey number in your response. (2) Specify the tool kit(s) you are responding about. (3) Describe the type(s) of items you currently supply and/or manufacture. (4) What are your current fabrication and/or manufacturing capacities? The contractor must provide information to show that he possesses, or shall possess, adequate fabrication/production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable him, or his subcontractors, to supply this item. (5) Current and/or Past Performance for this or similar items. Provide some evidence of past/current contracts with the DoD. The contractor shall submit their part number, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. (6) The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. (7) State the warranty of each component of the tool kit(s) that will be supplied. (8) State whether the company you represent is foreign or American owned. (9) Identification of the contractor as a Large or a Small Business. If a Small Business, please identify as a 8(a), HUB Zone, Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, or non-disadvantaged. (10) Do you plan to participate as a prime or team\sub? This market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as commitment by the Government.
