Description
PR No: 0057528710. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Accelerometer, Lateral to be used on the UH-60 Helicopter. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 6685-01-326-8168 Approved Sources: BEI Precision, Part Number 4384A-2-P63A, CAGE 12050 Quantity: 178 Each Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 55 per month beginning 120 days ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about April 10, 2015. The anticipated award date is June 20, 2015. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES. AN EXPORT CONTROL BIDSET EXISTS FOR THIS NSN. GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES. A CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT IS INCLUDED IN THE TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE THAT SUPPORTS THIS MATERIAL. A 100% Quantity Option applies. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Small Business Subcontracting Plan not required.
