This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RENTAL OF TWO (2) TC75 OR TC85 RAIL CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT OR EQUAL, TIE CRANES, ONE TIE CRANE WITH RCE OR EQUAL TIE CRANE ARM ONE TIE CRANE WITH AN EXCAVATOR ARM, ALL DEDICATED LOWER UNITS WITH HYDRAULIC DRIVE MOTORS (NO DRIVE CHAINS), PRESSURIZED CABS WITH HEAT, DEFROSTER AND AIR CONDITIONING, MASTER ELECTRIC DISCONNECTS, HYDRAULIC DISK SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRALUIC EMERGENCY/PARK BRAKE SYSTEMS, BRAKE CIRCUITS TO OPERATE CART BRAKES. RENTAL TO INCLUDE TWO (2) RAIL CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT OR EQUAL TIE CARTS.
