- Attach 04 Wage Determination Attach 03 Emergency Control Fire Plan Attach 02 Daily Application Record 2015 Attach 01 General Treatment Area Map Solicitation continued pages 3-34 Solicitation AG-82BH-S-15-008 SF33 pages 1-2 SOLICITATION NOTICE AG-82BH-S-15-0008- Noxious Weed Spraying and Data Reporting IDIQ for the Pike National Forest, Colorado See attached solicitation and attachments. Project Work The Pike National Forests has a requirement for a Noxious Weed Spraying and GPS Reporting services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resultant contracts will be for spraying of herbicide on noxious weeds and GPS reporting at various locations on the Pike National Forest using herbicides according to label specifications. The type of work may include but is not limited to ATV/UTV, pack animal, and backpack work. The contractor shall collect daily location information for each site, including locations of areas searched and areas sprayed. Additionally, separate location information must be completed for each List A weed species site. GPS polygons are the preferred format. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, water, herbicides, services, supervision, permits, incidentals and licenses necessary to spray herbicide on acres of noxious weeds on the areas specified. All aspects of the work program shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to ensure services will be performed over the designated treatment areas. Estimated average = 700 acres/year, contingent upon funding. Pre- proposal Conference attendance: If you plan to attend RSVP both tparanda@fs.fed.us and dbohon@fs.fed.us Verify date and location of Pre-proposal conference in the solicitation. This program may consist of multiple awards using an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract vehicle. This is a total small business set aside. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to Toinette (Toni) Aranda at tparanda@fs.fed.us All Offerors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-8 and FAR 52.204-8. For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award.This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
