CLASSIFICATION CODE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 99-MISCELLANEOUS TO 73 - FOOD PREPARATION & SERVING EQUIPMENT. 3. ALL OTHER INFORMATION REMAINS THE SAME NOTE: ANOTHER PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED ON TUESDAY, MARCH 31, 2015 AT 10:00 AM (EST). BIDS WILL BE DUE ON FRIDAY, APRIL 17TH, 2015 AT 2:00PM (EST). ALL OTHER INFORMATION REMAINS THE SAME. This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Wilmington Job Corps Center for our Dishroom Re-orientation Project (Deficiency #88693). The Wilmington Center is located at 9 Vandever Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19802. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the facility on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 10:00am (EST). This solicitation is open to contractors under NAICS Code # 333318 - Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. NAICS information is located at http://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/sssd/naics/naicsrch. Bids will be due on Thursday, March 26, 2015, 2:00pm (EST). The Construction Bid Package (CBP) outlines requirements under this solicitation. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected within the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
