- Description
- SPE4A7-15-R-1711 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 002 each of NSN 1560-01-114-4770, SPAR, AIRCRAFT. This is used on the F-15 Aircraft Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. Delivery will be required within 250 Days after Award. This is a First Destination Transportation (FDT) program award. These instructions do not apply to awards for shipment to APO/FPO addresses. If shipment is to an APO/FPO address, normal procedures should be followed. Transportation requirements for FDT awards are located in DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). First Destination Transportation (FDT) TAC - S8AF Second Destination Transportation (SDT) TAC - S9NA Source Approval Statement applies to this part. The only approved sources for this material are Boeing, Inc., CAGE 76301, GKN AEROSPACE, CAGE 26436, and Pro-Fab, CAGE 0BT76. It is expected that award will be made to Boeing. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval Boeing has a Basic Order Agreement (BOA) established with the Government so a Letter RFP will be issued to Boeing and no Solicitation will be issued to DIBBS unless additional inquiries are made to the Acquisition Specialist.
