Description

Synopsis: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.201, this is a notice of the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center's intent to enter into an interim sole source contract with Bayshore Dura Medical for oxygen deliveries to patient homes in the surrounding communities serviced by the Medical Center. This includes delivery of Medical Center owned property, as well as contractor owned equipment, oxygen, and related expendable items. The Government intends to award an interim sole source contract for this requirement while a long term contract is competitively award. The suggested contractor is Bayshore Dura Medical 7835 NW 148th Street, Hialeah, FL 33016-1554. This is not a solicitation. However, companies which assert that they can provide these products and services should submit information to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, product availability and delivery time. Information should be submitted by email to the Point of Contact below by March 27, 2015 at 5 p.m. EST. This information will be reviewed for consideration for future requirements.
