- This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought to determine potential sources for information, planning, and market research purposes only. This Sources Sought announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Air Force to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kinds of offers will be considered in response to this Sources Sought. No contract will be awarded pursuant to this announcement. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. The Government is not entertaining questions at this time.
