- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for replacement of existing broken by pass seal in the Control Tower at Caesar Creek Lake in Waynesville, OH. The Contractor shall provide all tools, management, materials and labor to replace the broken seal in accordance with the Scope of Work, dated 09 March 2015. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238990. The size standard is $15 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
