Description

This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120-01-179-9821) for a BEARING, PLAIN, ROD END. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. Approved Source: ROLLER BEARING COMPANY OF AMERICA, 73134 P/N HFR-4SAC. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery for is 43 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 173 units. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 43 units (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 43 units and the maximum delivery order quantity is 87 units. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
