- TITLE: 1680; SEAT, AIRCRAFT; CH-47D & MH-47E HELICOPTER; WSIC: F IQC: 1000035891, ISSUE DATE: 3 APR 2015; CLOSING DATE: 4 MAY 2015 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The NSN is 1680-00-915-5918, Seat, Aircraft; IAW P/N: AL-1031-3. The item intended source is: Skyline Industries, Inc. (CAGE 24434). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition; however this part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Any manufacturer, other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This procurement is UNRESTICTED using OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The estimated annual quantity is 6 each. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Surge. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Contractor FAT delivery is 401 days from date of award (DARO). Production delivery is 249 days after first article acceptance (DAFAA). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 3 April 2015 with a closing date of 4 May 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
