- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR part 13.5 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/ ). The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N00244-15-R-0022. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-80, effective March 2, 2015 and DFARS Publication Notice 20150226. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vfdfara.htm and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 813110 and the business standard size is $7.5M. This procurement is competitive, 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego request responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Spiritual and religious care for patients and staff at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms IAW the Performance Statement of Work. The Period of Performance is from 01 May 2015 through 30 April 2016 for the base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The contract resulting from this RFP will be a firm fixed price. The attached copy of the solicitation contains a complete description of the statement of work and applicable provisions and clauses. All responsible Businesses capable of meeting the requirements of the solicitation are encouraged to respond by filling in the attached solicitation; alternative proposals will not be considered. The announcement will close on 20 April 2015 at 10:00 a.m. PST. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the solicitation and amendments.
