- This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $36.5M. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has an Asphalt requirement for Fort Leonard Wood and Lake of the Ozarks Recreational Area (LORA), Missouri. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials for providing and replacing asphalt surfaces and other miscellaneous items. This contract will be a delivery order style contract. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and one (1) 12-month option year. The areas concerned in this project are government owned and will be in use during the progress of the work. The contractor shall arrange their operations to cause as little interference as possible; work shall be performed during normal duty hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays excepted. All work performed shall be in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. The solicitation W911S7-15-B-0010 will be available on or about 6 April 2015 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
