- Brand Name Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20150226. NAICS is 333316. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be followed. Edwards AFB, CA AFTC/PZIEB, intent to solicit, negotiate and award a requirement for Total Small Business Set-Aside (100%) on the purchase of Structurix NDT-U Film Processor brand name or equal for the following items: One(1) each Structurix NDT-U Film Processor to include: Capacity (8 min. cycle) 106 films/ hour, 10 cm x 48 cm (4 Films side by side) 34 films/hour, standard processing cycle/ 100 seconds; Developer Immersion Time/ 8 minute; Film sizes: Format Min- 6x12 cm, Width min- 3.5 cm, Width max- 43 cm, Length min- 12 cm; Dimensions: Length- 120 cm, Bottom- 75 cm, Width- 68 cm, Height- 105 cm, Surface of Floor- 0.50m2; Weight: Empty- 160kg, With Chemicals-250 kg; Power Supply:- Amperage- 16 A, Frequency- 50 Hz/60 Hz, Voltage- 200V/ 240 V; Accessories include Darkroom Panel, Feed Tray Cover (light-tight), Two Replenishment Tanks of 30 liters with level sensor, Feeder Speed Connection Adapter, Water Filter with Cartridge Peripherals, Structurix Miser (50 Hz), Structurix Feeder (50/60 Hz) with Flit-top Magazine. Price to include delivery, and installation. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH FAR 52.204-7 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (JUL 2013) and DFARS 252.204-7004, ALTERNATE A (FEB 2014).
