- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A Market Survey is being conducted to determine if there are adequate small businesses for the following proposed contract(s): Up to Two (2) Indefinite Delivery Contracts of Architect-Engineer for the Master Planning of Expertise for Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) Tobyhanna, Pa. The average Task Order value of the work under this contract is estimated to be $300,000.00 with a maximum of $1,500,000.00. The primary work will involve but not be limited to the processing of facility management, master planning, and programming missions as well as the development, improvement, and sustainment of installation GIS platforms and capabilities. Work for USACE, Philadelphia District and other Government Agencies within the US boundaries of the Corp of Engineers could be a part of this contract. Award of an Indefinite Delivery Type contract is anticipated in September 2015. Contract duration will be for 5 years and shall not exceed $12,000,000.00. NAICS code for this project is 541620 and the size standard is $15.0 million. The maximum task order is not to exceed $1,500,000.00. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Contractors should submit a completed SF 330 Part II for the prime and any subcontractors. Contractor may add narrative statements which should include size/classification of your firm, details of similar projects, completion dates, references, and contract amounts. Narratives shall be no longer than FIVE (5) pages. This is not a request for proposals. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. Responses should be sent by E-mail to Sandra.G.Fletcher@usace.army.mil no later than 4:00P.M. EST on 31 March 2015.
