- APPROVED CATERERS LISTING RFQ-DACS15Q1009 The National Science Board (NSB) intends to have its Annual Awards Ceremony and Dinner on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the U.S. State Department Reception Room. The evening consists of a reception, sit-down dinner, and awards ceremony that will be held from 6:00pm-09:00pm. The NSB requires catering services for the evening, to include: food and beverages and other services. NOTICE: ONLY U.S. Department of State Approved Caterers will be eligible for award. The U.S. Department of State has an approved list of caterers who are authorized to provide catering services within the State Department building. Only caterers on the approved list will be eligible for award. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE US STATE DEPARTMENT REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION. If you have questions, please email them to jgosey@nsf.gov, NLT March 27, 2015 at noon, EST. Please see the attached RFQ DACS15Q1009 for the full list of vendor responsibilities and proposal requirements.
