- DISCLOSURE OF LOBBYING ACTIVITIES MATERIAL INSPECTION AND RECEIVING REPORT SPECIFICATION ATTACHMENT J.2 CONTRACTOR REPORT OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN NOTICE SOLICITATION PACKAGE The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Small Boat Product Line, is seeking qualified sources to establish a National Cutter Boat Pooling Program for the Over-The-Horizon Cutter Boats (CB-OTH) MKII, MKIII's, and OTH IV cutter boats and trailers. Performance will include the transportation, storage, maintenance, repair, and technical support services for a rotatable pool of up to 125 boats and trailers deployed on cutters throughout the United States. Performance at the Contractor's facility and shall be completed in accordance with the attached Specification. The Government anticipates awarding a fixed-price Requirements contract consisting of one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years as a result of this solicitation. The NAICS code is 811310. This is a total small business set aside. Solicitation Number HSCG40-15-R-53015 is attached to this presolicitation notice.
