Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The contractor shall provide all labor tools, materials, transportation and equipment to: 1)Install Concrete Slab on Grade (3500 psi) 6" thick adjacent to South Entrance of Building 200 for parking the Mobile Cath Lab. A.)40' X10' for the Mobile Cath Lab B.)12' X 12' for connecting walkway to East Door at South Entrance to Building 200 2.) Install Canopy with Steal frame on the Connecting Walkway 12' x 12' and secure it to the Slab and to the building. 3.) Install 2 Data and 2 Phone Outlets in a weather Proof enclosure on the column/wall near the existing power hookup. Use Cat 6 Cable. Provide Data Test Report. 4.) Install Automatic Door Operator on the existing Sliding Door on the East side of the South Entrance. Provide Power to the operator. Install Push Plate actuators with Key on both Sides of the doorway. This construction project is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB's). All prospective contractors must be verified on the Center for Veterans Enterprises (CVE) website, www.vetbiz.gov, to be considered for award. The solicitation, will be posted on www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be issued on/about 15 April 2015 and closed on or about 15 May 2015. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, of the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006. Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is restricted to SDVOSB construction firms. The project magnitude range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220. Time for completion is 45 days after Notice to Proceed.
