Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Buffalo Regional Office, Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment Service (VR&E), Buffalo, NY is a solicitation for residential remodel. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete residential home modification consistent with meeting the independent living needs of disabled Veterans. Work to be performed includes construction of handicap accessible bathrooms, kitchens, accessible entry throughout the house, accessible lifts and entryways into main house, decks, ramps and accessible driveways. The Government's estimated construction time for these projects is 30 after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This based on the most current information available to date. Updated information will be posted electronically on Federal Business Opportunities as it becomes available. Place of Performance: Hamburg New York The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236118, and the small business size standard is $35.6M. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract.
