- Q&A on Final RFP and follow up questions to previous Q&A. Major change of note is Transition Plan will be allowed as a separate tab in the tech vol with its own page limit of 15 pages that do NOT count against the vol page limit of 60. Confirming also that the transition is planned as 60 days not 45 as stated in PWS D.1.2.1.3. 45 days is errata. 60 days is the correct transition length.
