- The Government proposes to acquire as a One-Time Buy, Firm Fixed Price type contract for the following: PRON: AX5CF422AX, NSN: 4920-01-538-6606, P/N: 1378E027-9, Quantity: 1, applicable to the A-CF, OH-58D Kiowa Warrior. Required delivery with Production Lot Testing is 1 each, 210 DACA. Required delivery without Production Lot Testing is 1 each, 210 DACA. No telephone requests will be accepted. This item is restricted to Concepts ETI, Inc. DBA Concepts NREC (Cage code 0C770). This part is a commercial/non-developmental/off the shelf item. Commercial item descriptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commercial manuals assigned technical manual number apply. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
