- Responses to questions Specifications The Government is providing this amendment to solicitation FA8601-15-T-0086 for multiple reasons. First of all, the Government has revised its requirements after further discussions and research related to the building environment. In addition, the Government has received general questions from industry related to the solicitation and wants to provide answers for the benefit of all potential bidders. The previous solicitation had a response date of 24 March 2015 at 8:00 AM EST. This amendment revises the response date for all potential bidders to 30 March 2015 at 5:00 PM EST.
