- The scope of this requirement is for the contractor to conduct research, studies and analyses support services in support of the the ARI Research Program. Task Orders are expected to cover a range of personnel-related topics including: recruiting, selection, classification, assignment, promotion, retention, cross-cultural competence, readiness and resilience, organizational culture, cohesion, leadership, and organizational effectiveness programs. The objective of this effort is to develop tools and conduct research to assess and improve the expected or actual effectiveness of Army personnel (individual, team, and unit/organizational level).
