- U.S. Government General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Stockton Area of Consideration (Delineated Area): North: West Benjamin Holt Drive South: West March Lane East: Pershing Avenue West: Fourteen Mile Slough to the western edge of the city limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,078 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,078 Parking: Two (2) reserved, off-street parking spaces required for carpools, employees with disabilities, and in and out parking for program purposes. These spaces will be included as part of the lease. This parking must be paved, striped, and graded for proper drainage. This parking must be lighted, and shall be located on-site. Full Term: 180 Months Firm Term: 120 Months Option Term: None Additional Requirements: See Request for Lease Proposals Package Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards as set forth in the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be located in the 100 year floodplain. Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. A primary or secondary street must have scheduled public transportation in both directions, if a two way street. Efficient use of space: Configuration (space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide), size, number, and placement of columns (columns must be at least 20' from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2' square). Space shall be contiguous, located on one floor and at or above street level for security and acoustic reasons. It shall have a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. The space shall have a separate employee entrance providing ingress without going through the reception area. Facilities shall be cleaned between the hours of 6:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
