- Amendment 0003 to Solicitation M67001-15-T-1114 3/20/2015 - AMENDMENT 0003 is posted and it's purpose is to clarify a response to a question regarding FAR Clause 52.212-1 that was in the Question/Response section of Amendment 0001. This Amendment is being published as Amendment 0003 because the second attached document to Amendment 0001 was assigned the Amendment 2 number by FBO.gov. There is no Amendment 0002 to solicitation M67001-15-T-1114. 3/19/2015 - AMENDMENT 0001 is posted and it's purpose is to answer questions and make changes to the solicitation. 3/13/2015-The solicitation is now attached. Please see FAR provision 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items for details regarding submission of quotes. This is a synopsis for a non-personal service contract for Catholic Coordinator of Religious Education at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. This solicitation is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 813110 - Religious Organizations. The size standard is $7.5 Million. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registration database at the time the RFQ closes. Lack of registration in the SAM will make quoters ineligible for award. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at Federal Business Opportunities, www.FBO.gov, on or about 16 March 2015. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Mangement (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT, formerly WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil/. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Best Value with tradeoffs quote approximately 7 business days after closing of response period. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. Quotes related to this RFQ shall be received by the Contracting Department by the date and time indicated on the solicitation to be considered for award. The information submitted shall be clear and legible (Note: repetitively copied data loses its clarity and legibility.) Quotes may be submitted via email to glenn.mayberry@usmc.mil ; via USPS to Commanding General, Attn: Contracting Department, P.O. Box 8368, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547-8368; or via hand delivery/courier (UPS, FEDEX, Etc.) to Contracting Department, Bldg 1116, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. It is solely the Contractor's responsibility to ensure quotes are received within the required timeframe. Quotes will not be accepted by facsimile.
