- The solicitation will be posted on or about April 6, 2015 Scope of Project: The U.S. Government is pursuing a long-term, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm fixed pricing for the duration of a base period of three (3) years plus two (2) firm fixed priced option years for a potential total of five years with coverage for DLA Direct requirements in the Continental United States (CONUS), and military customers Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The solicitation is for DLA managed consumables listed below. The items have been found to be commercial per the definition found in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 2.101 and will therefore be solicited using FAR Part 13.5 guidelines. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement, under "Other than Full and Open Competition" in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1. The statutory authority permitting this is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1).
