- Sources Sought Revised This synopsis is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking sources to provide technical and management services in support within the NSWCDD, Asymmetric Systems Department (Z Department), within the Directed Energy Division (Q20 Division) of the Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems Department (Q Department). The Asymmetric Systems Department conducts research and development analyses, including Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection; Special Technology Integration; Counter Technologies; Mission Assurance; IW; CBR Defense; Tagging, Tracking, and Location (TTL); Identity Management, Biometrics; Communication Systems; Intelligence Systems; Non-Lethal Warfare; and Maritime Security. Z Department is comprised of the Asymmetric Capability Development Division (Z10), the Chemical, Biological, Radiological (CBR) Defense Division (Z20), and the Mission Assurance Division (Z30). Directed Energy Division (Q20 Division) of Q Department conducts research and development analysis of laser and optic systems, pulsed power and RF systems, and directed energy.
