THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR EITHER A QUOTE OR PROPOSAL, OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. THE INTENT OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL OFFERORS FOR INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) CORPUS CHRISTI; NAS KINGSVILLE; NAVAL AIR AUXILIARY LANDING FIELD CABANISS; AND NAVAL AIR AUXILIARY LANDING FIELD, WALDRON, TEXAS. NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The solicitation number is anticipated to be N69450-15-R-2121. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested parties in any of the following categories: large business, small business, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), SBA certified HUBZone, woman owned small business (WOSB), veteran-owned small business (VOSB), and service disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). Potential sources should have current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, security approvals, equipment, and capability required to perform refuse collection and disposal at NAS Corpus Christi; NAS Kingsville; Naval Air Auxiliary Landing Field Cabaniss; and Naval Air Auxiliary Landing Field Waldron, Texas; hereby referred to as South Texas. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon responses to this sources sought notice. The Government will use the sources sought responses along with other market research to make various determinations regarding the procurement of Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services. Any resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) provisions. The contract term will be a base period of one year and four one year option periods. The FFP base year requirement will be the overall minimum guarantee. There will be a phase-in period, and the anticipated performance start date is 1 October 2015. This acquisition will provide refuse collection and disposal services for the following Sub-annex: 1503030 � Integrated Solid Waste Management. This requirement is performance based. The primary NAICS code for this procurement is 562111 with a size standard of $38.5M. Industry will be notified of the results of this evaluation and set-aside determination via the pre-solicitation/ synopsis notice. Responses to the questions provided herein must be submitted in electronic form (Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format) and may be attached to an email addressed to rebecca.m.jones@navy.mil. Responses are limited to 5 pages in length, 5MB in size, and should only include the information requested in the attached questionnaire. Do not submit brochures or other corporate marketing information. The due date for responses is 2:00 PM EDT, April 3, 2015.
