Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and design-build services necessary for design and construction of a new Committal Shelter at the Dayton National Cemetery. The committal shelter shall be of the same design as the committal shelter at Barrancas National Cemetery, but the column veneer shall match the columbarium walls at Dayton National Cemetery or a combination of the columbarium walls and brick walls of the Administration Building; the footprint shall be that of NCA standard sizing for a committal shelter; and the center columns shall be rotated 90 degrees to match the orientation of the corner columns. The committal shelter shall require wind screening walls and/or landscaping shielding features to shield the shelter occupants from direct winds and direct views into adjacent burial areas. Work also includes some roadway construction. This project also includes the signage work for the assembly areas as shown on the attached site plan. The dollar magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive.
