- THIS SYNOPSIS REPLACES SPE4A7-15-X-0254 This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. PR 1000035904, Solicitation; SPE4A7-15-X-254. This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). Covering National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-99-513-5913 with a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is a Seat, Aircraft under Part Number 3A066-0005-01-1 (IPECO Holdings INC CAGE Code K9075) for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 7 each. Critical application item. The required delivery schedule with is 128. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 27 March 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
