- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC- Fort Drum), Fort Drum, NY intends to award a sole source contract for Q-Flow KIOSK & Software to ACF Technologies Incorporated 1 West Pack Square, Suite 700 Asheville, NC 28801. ACF Technologies is the sole source manufacturer of Q-flow software. ACF technologies manages the oversight of providing kiosks and kiosk hardware service/repairs to the DoD MEDDAC communities for seamless continuity of healthcare records. The kiosk and licenses provided by ACF includes the proprietary Q-Flow Device Manager software required for kiosk operation, the proprietary scripting logic and associated licensing for barcode scanning and workflow integration. The ACF Core Global Maintenance and Support provides service of software and hardware as a single system. ACF technologies is the only source reasonable available to provide the software, hardware, and support required. Interested parties may identify their interest in, and capability to respond to future requirements of this nature by submitting documentation indicating their capabilities and qualifications to the identified point of contact no later than 30 March 2015.
