- DRAFT PWS PM GBAD-GATOR & Pdm Radars The purpose of this notice is to provide a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for questions and comments. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. This is not a request for proposals and the Government will not accept unsolicited proposals. Furthermore, we are not seeking proposals at this time. Industry is encouraged to review the DRAFT PWS(s) and submit questions and comments to the Government for further consideration. The Government is not responsible for any costs associated with: reviewing, preparing, and submitting questions/comments to the DRAFT PWS. Furthermore, the Government is not obligated to compensate respondents for any information received, even if the DRAFT PWS are revised as a result of a respondent's comment or question. Respondents should refrain from providing proprietary information in response to this Notice because any information received by the Government will not be treated as proprietary information. All questions and comments will be taken into consideration as the PWS is finalized. The resultant solicitation will be synopsized on the SeaPort website, www.seaport.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All questions and comments shall be submitted electronically to jarrett.g.faulkner1@usmc.mil and christine.kuney@usmc.mil by COB Monday, March 30th 2015. All email correspondence for this notice must reference Solicitation# M67854-15-Q-0212 and PWS Questions and Comments quote mark in the subject line.
