- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ****Solicitation will be posted no later than COB 20 March 2015**** This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the replacement of exisiting 18 quote mark by-pass valves(contractor to provide all management, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform work outlined in the Scope of Work) at Carr Creek Lake, Sassafras, KY. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 332911. The size standard is 500 Employees. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
