- This is a special notice following the Sources Sought Synopsis. This modification to the Sources Sought Synopsis executed on 20 March 2015 is to provide additional information to the public and to clarify the status of the solicitation. The Sources Sought Synopsis, which was not the solicitation, closed on 19 December 2015. At this time we are not taking any additional responses to the sources sought synopsis. There will be a draft solicitation that will be posted for comment on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website in the near future. Again, the draft solicitation will not be the official solicitation as it is only a draft. Please continue to monitor the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov/) for any new information posted. As a reminder, all previously posted documentation (Draft PWS, Slides etc.,) can be located under this announcement by clicking on the link found under Additional Information. Please do not call the number on the announcement, as all communications will be conducted ONLY by email. Inquiries regarding the Advertising and Marketing program shall be addressed to the Contracting Team and submitted in writing on an e-mail to: usarmy.jbsa.acc-micc.mbx.micc-fsh-amp@mail.mil.
