Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for three (3) brand name iSED ESR Analyzers with Test Card, Seditrol and iWASH, manufactured by Alcor Scientific, Inc., 20 Thurber Blvd., Smithfield, RI 02917. Two (2) of the iSED ESR Analyzers will be procured for the VA Connecticut; West Haven and Newington Campuses and the remaining device will be procured for use at the VA Providence, RI. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, delivery, installation, training and warranty for the iSED ESR Analyzers with Test Card, Seditrol and iWASH. The government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose quote for the exact brand name device and accessories is the lowest priced. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 334516 with a 500 employee size standard and will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about 3/23/2015. The FSC/PSC is 6640. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
