- This is aLTC Project, RA 15058002, PR 1000035385, NSN 1650-01-553-0426. The approved manufacturing source of this item is Pall Aeropower DBA, Cage 18350, P/N ACC552F1605. The item is used on the EAGLE F-15 Aircraft. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year Base period and four, one-year Option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 1163 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 291 each for the base period only. The required production lead-time is 181 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Option to extend the terms of contract is 48 months. Duration of contract period is 60 months. Requirement is Unrestricted Procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. 3P. Export control does not apply. This is a Surge and Sustainment order, MWR = Monthly Wartime Rate, 135. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
