- This is a Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The item being procured is an Expandable Rod for NSN 1560-01-156-0804 and 1560-01-156-0805. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity for NSN 1560-01-156-0804 is 207 each and for NSN 1560-01-156-08045 is 377 each. T he OEM, t he Boeing Company, CAGE 76301 for part number SL52020-209. The approved source of supply is Shur-lok CAGE 97393, SL52020-109. This item is Export and Configuration Control Applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule is 160 days. Solicitation issue date is 13 April 2015.
