Description

RFP: VA786-15-R-0125, Amendment 0002 Raise and Realignment Services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Amendment Summary of Changes The purpose of subject amendment is to modify the RFP and pre-solicitation announcement as follows: The NAICS Code for Solicitation VA786-15-R-0125 and the pre-solicitation announcement previously issued for subject RFP are both modified from 561730 with a small business size standard of $7.5M to 238110 with a small business size standard of $15M. This change was necessitated from Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 001 for realign, raise/lower, level, backfill upright marble headstones onto a new concrete grade beam headstone support system with Inset precast sockets and piles in Sections 15 and 17 being determined a Construction line item and applicable to the solicitation Davis Bacon Wage Rates. The solicitation is modified and offerors are informed that the solicitation Davis Bacon Wage Determination is applicable to Contract Line Item Numbers 001 and 003 only, and all other line items are applicable to the Service Contract Act Wage Determination.
