- Defense Logistics Agency - Energy - Mobility Fuels is planning to hold meetings in Athens, Greece and Dubai, U.A.E. with current and prospective contractors. Proposed dates and locations are as follows: Sunday May 3, 2015 1pm-5pm local time Athens, Greece Into-Plane and KHI (AIRCARD© Card Processor) discussions and guidance Monday May 4, 2015 9am-5pm local time Athens, Greece Bunkers and KHI (SEACARD© Card Processor) discussions and guidance Wednesday May 6 2015 1pm-5pm local time Dubai, UAE Into-Plane and KHI (AIRCARD© Card Processor) discussions and guidance Thursday May 7, 2015 9am-5pm local time Dubai, UAE Bunkers and KHI (SEACARD© Card Processor) discussions and guidance If you are interested in attending any of these meetings, please contact William Martin (william.martin@dla.mil) with date(s) and location(s) you are interested in attending. Meeting location details will be provided once determined. Please provide interest to attend by Friday, 3 April 2015 to allow time to schedule proper venue. IMPORTANT NOTE: A Bunkers solicitation (solicitation number to be determined) for Europe and Middle East locations is scheduled to be issued in April 2015. A Pre-Proposal conference is scheduled to be held on May 4th and May 7th as noted above.
