- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is anticipating an early release of the Small Business Pool Refresh solicitation. The purpose of this announcement is to provide a synopsis of NOAALink's intent to release a solicitation for a multiple award IDIQ. NOAALink will seek qualified contractors to compete for an award under its Small Business Pool Refresh action. The NAICs code for this action is 541519. This will be 100% small business set aside. A draft solicitation will be posted within 2-3 weeks.
