- One-on-One Discussion Questions SPECIAL NOTICE UPDATE: ONE-ON-ONE DISCUSSIONS TO EXCHANGE GENERAL INFORMATION The deadline for the announcement regarding parties interested in one-on-one discussions is hereby extended to 1600 EST on 26 March 2015. Please see the previous amendment for submission requirements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division received significant response from parties interested in one-on-one discussions. As a result, the attached questionnaire is provided for those respondents and any additional respondents to consider prior to the scheduled meeting. This questionnaire merely serves as a tool to stimulate conversation and critical thought and is not intended to limit discussion. The questionnaire is also being released for public awareness. It is not a request for proposal. Typed responses will not be accepted. It is the intention of the Government to contact respondents by 1 April 2015 to coordinate teleconference appointments.
