Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. Solicitation number VA246-15-Q-0280 (See Attached) is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 corrections. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 334510 is applicable. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO-6) requires a Brand Name only HD Video Processor Solution, with associated components to be delivered, installed and commissioned at the Greenville VA ENT Specialty Clinic, Greenville North Carolina. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The Government anticipates awarding one contract. This acquisition will be Set-Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), as per FAR Part 19, and solicitations will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, as per FAR Part 13. Therefore, the proposal that is determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable based on the Go/No-Go or Pass/Fail evaluation factors will be awarded. Delivery destination is: Greenville VA Clinic, 401 Moye Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834-3777 All invoices shall be submitted electronically to email: olin.newsome@va.gov Questions: any questions about this solicitation must be sent via email to Mr. Olin D.
