Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Wilmington VA Medical Center 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19805, has a requirement for preventative maintenance on the facility chillers located at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be one (1) year from date of contract award, with four (4) option periods if advantageous to the government. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 15. This acquisition will be is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561210 with a small business size standard of $38.5 Million All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-15-Q-0665. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about the week of March 24, 2015. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov).
